Help care for a unique 17th-century grandstand, built for gambling and deer coursing, whose Great Room enjoys sweeping views over the rolling Cotswold hills it was designed to command.

Beautiful Gardens

Oversee a designed 18th-century landscape by Charles Bridgeman set within a working Cotswold estate of woodland pasture, historic water meadows and an abundance of wildlife.

Dedicated Team

Lead and inspire a passionate team of staff and volunteers who share your commitment to conservation and visitor experience.
